General Information
At Luxura Hub, we provide international delivery from our fulfilment hubs across Europe. All available delivery options, estimated timelines, and shipping fees are displayed at checkout based on your destination and the contents of your order.
We aim to offer a secure, reliable delivery experience with transparent shipping options and real time tracking.
Duties, Taxes & Import Charges
Import duties and taxes vary by destination. These charges may apply depending on where your order is shipped.
At a Glance
- EU Member States: No customs duty for orders shipped from our EU hubs
- United Kingdom: Import VAT, customs duty (where applicable), and courier handling fees are customer paid
- United States: Duties, taxes, and customs fees are included in the displayed price
- Other Countries: Import charges are customer paid unless stated otherwise at checkout

Shipping Information
Shipping costs vary depending on:
- Your delivery destination
- The shipping service selected
- The origin of the item(s) in your order
- The size, weight, and composition of your parcel
Delivery Services
- Express Delivery is available for all destinations.
- Standard Delivery is available for selected countries only.
At checkout, you will see all delivery options available for your order, including the applicable shipping fee.
Signature Requirement
For security reasons, all orders require a signature upon delivery.
Because of this, we are unable to deliver to:
- PO Boxes
- APO addresses
- FPO addresses

Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout and may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and courier operations.
Estimated Transit Times (After Dispatch)
Express Delivery
- Most of Europe & the U.S.: 2–3 business days
- Rest of world: 4–7 business days
Standard Delivery (selected countries)
- 5–7 business days
Important
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:
- Customs clearance
- Local courier processing
- Failed delivery attempts
- Unpaid import charges
- Peak periods, public holidays, or severe weather
Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within up to 2 business days before dispatch.
- Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
- Processing times may be longer during peak periods, promotional events, or public holidays.
Shipping Price Thresholds / Reduced Delivery Rates
For selected destinations, reduced shipping rates may apply when your order exceeds a certain value.
Where applicable:
- Reduced rates will appear automatically at checkout
- The lowest available delivery pricing for eligible items will be shown
Because orders may contain items shipping from different hubs or with different courier eligibility, the final shipping options and fees shown at checkout are the prices that apply.
Tracking Your Order
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Tracking Updates
Once your order is dispatched:
- You will receive an email with your tracking number
- You can track your order through your customer account
- Guest customers may track their order using the guest tracking option (where available)
Tracking Notes
- Tracking updates may take time to appear
- Courier scan activity may begin later than the dispatch confirmation
Delays may occur due to customs processing, local courier operations, failed delivery attempts, or unpaid import charges.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, you must notify us within 30 minutes of placing it.

If your request is received within the eligible window and the order has not progressed beyond cancellation eligibility, we will cancel the order and confirm by email.
Cancellation Charge
A 5% cancellation fee applies to cover payment processing and transaction costs.
Delivery Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address, contact number, and email are correct at checkout.
Luxura Hub is not responsible for delays or additional courier charges caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery details
- Unavailable recipient at delivery attempts
- Failure to respond to courier communications (including customs payment requests)
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately.
Failed Delivery / Unclaimed Parcels
If a parcel is returned to Luxura Hub due to:
- Failed delivery attempts
- Customer refusal
- Failure to pay customs/import charges (where applicable)
- Failure to claim the parcel
- Ignored courier requests or notifications
Your refund may be reduced by fees incurred, including:
- Return shipping charges
- Courier handling, brokerage, or clearance fees
- Customs processing or return fees
- Any non refundable charges incurred by Luxura Hub
This does not affect your statutory rights.
