Returns & Refunds Policy
General Information
At Luxura Hub, we aim to make your shopping experience seamless and enjoyable. As a retailer offering premium and luxury fashion at competitive prices, we kindly ask customers to review our return conditions carefully before placing an order.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Important
- Your return must be shipped within the 14 day window to remain valid.
- Submitting a return request does not extend the return period.
- Returns shipped after the 14 day window will not be accepted.
What "Within 14 Days" Means
To ensure clarity:
- Day 1 is the day your order is marked as delivered.
- Your return parcel must be handed to the courier and in transit within 14 calendar days.
- A return request submitted on Day 14 is only valid if the parcel is shipped the same day.
Customers are responsible for allowing enough time to complete the return process. Requests made near the end of the window may not leave sufficient time to ship the parcel and are submitted at the customer's own risk.
How to Request a Return
To request a return:
- Visit our Returns Portal on luxura-hub.com
- Enter your order number and email address
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and the reason
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions by email
Return Label
- A prepaid return label is typically issued within 3–5 working days after approval.
- This does not extend the 14 day return window.
- Customers must initiate the return process with adequate time remaining.
Condition of Returned Items
All items must be returned in their original, unused condition, including all packaging and accessories.
Returned items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original condition
- With all Luxura Hub and designer tags attached
- With original packaging, dust bags, boxes, authenticity cards, and accessories
Luxura Hub reserves the right to:
- Reject a return
- Apply a partial refund
- Return the item to the customer
if the item is worn, used, altered, damaged, incomplete, or returned in a condition different from how it was supplied.
Category-Specific Requirements
Bags & Accessories
- Must include all original designer packaging
- Missing dust bags, authenticity cards, or tags may result in rejection or a reduced refund
- Light-coloured items should be handled with care to avoid colour transfer
Shoes
- Must be returned in perfect, unworn condition
- Please try on shoes only on soft, clean surfaces
- Original shoe box, dust bags, and packaging must be included
Fine Jewellery
- Must be returned unworn
- Must include original presentation box, protective packaging, and documentation
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and non-returnable unless required by law:
- Final Sale items
- Pre-Owned items
- Marked Defective items
- Swimwear
- Lingerie
- Earrings
Any exception is at Luxura Hub's discretion and subject to applicable law.
Refunds
Processing Time
- Returns are processed once received and inspected
- Refunds are issued within 14 working days after approval
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is completed
Refund Method
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
Deductions & Fees
Unless required by law, the following may be deducted:
- Return shipping fee
- Any applicable return-related fees disclosed during checkout or the return process
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
If your order required customer-paid duties/taxes, these are generally non-refundable by Luxura Hub.
You may contact your local customs authority to request recovery, subject to local regulations.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, you must notify us within 1 hour of placing it.

Cancellation Charges
- A 5% cancellation fee applies to eligible cancellations
- Cancellation is not guaranteed once processing has begun
- Orders may enter preparation shortly after placement
If accepted, cancellation will be confirmed by email.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges unless an item is defective or damaged.

Return Instructions (After Approval)
Once approved, you will receive detailed instructions by email.
Please follow all steps carefully, including printing and attaching any required labels or documents.
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact Customer Care immediately.
Where Is My Return?
You can track your return using the tracking number provided with your return label.
Please note:
- Tracking updates may take time to appear
- Carriers may not scan parcels immediately
- Refunds are processed only after the return is received and approved
Additional Information
Customs & Duties
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees paid by the customer are generally non-refundable by Luxura Hub.
Account Restrictions
We may limit, suspend, or close accounts in cases of suspected abuse, misuse, or fraudulent activity.
Events Outside Our Control
Luxura Hub is not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including transport disruptions, customs delays, severe weather, strikes, or service interruptions.
Waiver
Failure to enforce a policy provision does not constitute a waiver of our rights.
Severability
If any part of this policy is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
